Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual departmental business plan.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, revenue generation, and service enhancement.
- Lead commercial initiatives and projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and organizational performance.
- Contribute to the organization's long-term growth and sustainability objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize departmental processes, workflows, and service delivery standards.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets, resources, and performance targets.
- Provide strong leadership, coaching, and support to a team of more than 20 employees.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and high-performance culture.
- Ensure effective workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and present periodic management reports, business analyses, and performance updates.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational objectives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in commercial development, customer service, or business growth initiatives.
- Experience with process optimization and performance management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English, and Papiamentu.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented.
- Entrepreneurial, decisive, and results driven.

Compensation & Benefits
- Direct employment with the organization.
- A competitive monthly salary ranging from Cg 5.600 to Cg 8.600, based on a full-time employment contract and depending on experience and qualifications.
