Responsabilities:
- Executed a structured pharmacy visit schedule across pharmacy outlets, ensuring consistent coverage based on outlet priority.
- Built and maintained strong relationships with pharmacy managers, owners, and dispensing staff.
- Promoted branded pharmaceutical products and increased awareness of their clinical and commercial value.
- Monitored stock levels, product availability, and expiry dates, reporting findings to internal stakeholders.
- Collected and reported market intelligence, including competitor activities, generic substitution trends, prescriber referral patterns, and patient feedback.
- Supported the planning and execution of educational events, workshops, and pharmacy training initiatives.
- Prepared and submitted weekly field visit reports and maintained accurate records of customer interactions.
- Served as the primary point of contact for pharmacy partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Assisted with market research, outlet mapping, and commercial analysis to support business objectives.
- Identified new commercial opportunities, including stocking gaps and potential pharmacy partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications
- Educational background in commercial, business, sales or a related field. A background in pharmacy or healthcare is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management or customer-facing relationship roles. Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with pharmacy teams at all levels.
- Fluent in Papiamentu and Dutch; English and Spanish are an advantage. Self-starter, comfortable working independently.
- Valid driving license; willingness to travel regularly.
- Familiarity with the local pharmacy landscape in Curaçao is a strong advantage.
