Job Description

Order Management

  • Process customer orders received via telephone, email, or through sales representatives.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Officer Accounts Receivable regarding orders that exceed
  • Customer credit limits or do not comply with established credit terms.
  • Process merchandise returns following inspection approval by the Warehouse Manager.
Customer Service
  • Deliver friendly, professional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Job Requirements

  • MBO Administrative Education, Level 4 Completed.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Fluent in Papiamentu, English, Dutch, and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and dependability.
  • Efficient time management and organizational abilities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
