Key Responsibilities
- Process trade-related applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Review shipping and trade documents to ensure compliance with internal procedures and international trade rules.
- Maintain and update records in the organization’s systems.
- Manage ongoing contracts, renewals, and related fees accurately.
- Accurately process internal transaction requests and trade-related operations.
- Verify and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Provide timely updates and reports to management.
- Offer clear guidance and support to clients regarding trade processes and documentation.
- Resolve inquiries, discrepancies, or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency.
- Follow internal controls and compliance procedures to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prioritize tasks independently while contributing to team objectives.
Job Requirements
- SBO Level 4 in Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 4 years in administrative operations, trade documentation, or a similar role.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch, Papiamentu, and Spanish.
- Solid knowledge of trade operations and documentation processes.
- Customer-oriented, discreet, and highly professional.
