Your Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operational activities, including warehousing, inventory management, procurement, distribution, and customer service.
• Drive operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and effective supply chain coordination to maintain high service levels.
• Develop, coach, and inspire operational teams to achieve performance objectives and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, customers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance insights to senior management.
• Manage operational budgets and support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the achievement of broader business objectives.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an operations, logistics, supply chain, or distribution management role.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a dynamic operational environment.
• Strong communication skills in Papiamentu, English, and Dutch; Spanish is considered an asset.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business management systems.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven leader with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills.
