Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily sales activities and process customer payments.
• Manage collections and generate AR aging reports.
• Coordinate with account managers on credit management and payment plans.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Record inventory movements and coordinate inventory counts.
• Serve as backup for Controller.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
• Proven AR and finance/accounting experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in Papiamentu, English, Spanish, and Dutch.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
