Job description

As a Digital Commerce Specialist, you will be instrumental in refining the online customer experience and driving digital growth. Your key duties include:

• Evaluate the customer journey to extract insights, set priorities, and enhance webshop performance.
• Leverage data strategically and commercially to increase conversion rates.
• Spot opportunities for improvement, prioritize initiatives, and develop actionable plans.
• Manage and monitor the quality of search results, site navigation, product listing pages (PLP), and product detail pages (PDP).
• Drive commercial results and customer engagement through targeted digital marketing efforts.
• Manage the backlog by prioritizing, testing optimizations, and collaborating with teams to continuously improve website performance.

Job requirements

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or a related field.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience with Magento is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Project driven and solution focused mindset.
• Proactive and commercially minded approach.
• High level of responsibility and ownership.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English; knowledge of Papiamentu is a plus.
• Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills.
