Job description

As an Advertising Campaign Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Plan and execute brand campaigns in coordination with the Senior Manager.
• Ensure consistent implementation across all media channels and markets.
• Safeguard brand identity and ensure alignment between local and corporate messaging.
• Manage campaign budgets and track ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, make data-driven optimizations, and report monthly results.
• Collaborate with Category Management and Operations for effective execution.
• Support customer research efforts in collaboration with the Communication Officer.
• Work with internal studios and external agencies on campaign development.
• Coordinate giveaways and procurement with relevant internal teams.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary campaign team throughout each campaign cycle.

Job requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Commercial Economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably in retail, multi-market environments, or advertising agencies.
• Proven experience developing and managing brand campaigns and marketing calendars.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, data analysis, and project management tools.
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Power BI and general MS Office tools.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and Papiamentu written and spoken.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
