What will you do?
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and business partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and tailored advice to meet customer needs.
- Identify commercial opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales and Operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze recurring feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Continuously develop your skills and performance through feedback and self-improvement.
What do we expect from you?
- A minimum of an associate degree in Banking & Insurance or a related field.
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in a service desk or customer support role.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products, services, and sales channels.
- Familiarity with Life, General Insurance, and Health products.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- A proactive, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamentu.
- A true team player with a positive and professional attitude.
