Job description

As a Clinical Service Technician, you will:

• Deliver gas cylinders efficiently and safely, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular visits, check vital signs and ensure equipment is working properly.
• Educate clients on the correct use and care of devices.
• Identify issues or safety concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Keep accurate records, equipment details, and visit outcomes.
• Support business development by following procedures for deliveries, documentation, and payment collection.
• Collaborate with sales teams to meet shared goals and maintain a high standard of service.

Job requirements

As a Clinical Service Technician, you meet the following requirements:

• Proven degree in Physiotherapy, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or Clinical Physiology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with patients, or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel across the Island.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent customer service and relationship building abilities.
• Confident using MS Office and digital tools.
• Organized, proactive, and detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule.
