What Will You Do?
- Manage and support accounts payable and accounts receivable, including the reconciliation of bank statements, accounts, and financial records.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial reports and spreadsheets, and support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Manage petty cash, travel expenses, and reimbursements, ensuring accurate and timely processing in accordance with internal policies.
- Coordinate general office administration, including correspondence, filing, documentation, calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visitor passes, and other related administrative activities.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial and administrative records while supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
What Are We Looking For?
- An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or administrative support, preferably in a combined finance and office administration role.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax-related processes, including experience with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP Business One and document management systems is an advantage.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach.
- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
