Job description

As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production, logistics, and distribution activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate inventory levels and logistics to support uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate operational personnel.
• Support maintenance planning to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Assist with audits, new product launches, and process improvements.
• Coordinate customer service activities to ensure proper execution.
• Promote a strong safety culture, with authority to stop unsafe work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to meet operational objectives.

Job requirements

This role requires the following qualifications and competencies:

• Minimum 3 years experience in operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent in Papiamento, Spanish, and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Availability for international travel.
