Job description

As General Manager, you will be responsible for: 

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the restaurant team to ensure high performance.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive guest experience.
  • Overseeing operational processes, including inventory management, hygiene, and safety compliance.
  • Achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Planning and managing staff schedules effectively.
  • Monitoring and enforcing quality and safety standards.
  • Analyzing business performance and implementing improvements.
  • Managing budgets and controlling costs efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment.
  • Coordinating with corporate headquarters and suppliers.

Job requirements

As General Manager, you meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in a management role within hospitality or fast food.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused and commercially minded.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • A minimum of MBO-level education in hospitality or management is required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
