Job description
As General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and developing the restaurant team to ensure high performance.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive guest experience.
- Overseeing operational processes, including inventory management, hygiene, and safety compliance.
- Achieving sales and profit targets.
- Planning and managing staff schedules effectively.
- Monitoring and enforcing quality and safety standards.
- Analyzing business performance and implementing improvements.
- Managing budgets and controlling costs efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment.
- Coordinating with corporate headquarters and suppliers.
Job requirements
As General Manager, you meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in a management role within hospitality or fast food.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused and commercially minded.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- A minimum of MBO-level education in hospitality or management is required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
