Our client is a forward thinking organization undergoing a major Business Process Automation System transformation aimed at streamlining operations and boosting enterprise efficiency.
To support this initiative, they are seeking a Documentation & Process Analyst to assist during the early stages of the project particularly in business process documentation and flowchart development.
In this role, you will be instrumental in capturing business requirements, mapping workflows, and laying a structured foundation for the implementation team. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in documentation, business analysis, or technical writing within Business Process Automation Systems or large-scale IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with project managers, analysts, and subject matter experts to document business needs and system requirements.
- Create clear and accurate flowcharts to show how processes work now and how they will work in the future (using tools like Visio or Lucidchart).
- Turn input from workshops and stakeholder discussions into well-structured documentation.
- Take organized notes during meetings and convert them into useful materials for the project team.
- Manage and update project documents using platforms like SharePoint or Confluence.
- Ensure all documentation is consistent, easy to understand, and aligned across different teams and project phases.
Job Requirements
- Experience supporting Business Process Automation System or enterprise IT implementations.
- Highly proficient in business process modeling and documentation.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in flowcharting tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
