Key Responsibilities
- Review and update client files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Contact clients to obtain missing, outdated, or additional information.
- Verify and maintain supporting documentation in line with internal policies and standards.
- Identify information gaps and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
- Ensure records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor progress and contribute to the timely completion of project objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uphold data quality and operational standards.
Your Profile
- Hold an SBO Level 4 or HBO degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Professional, confident, and effective communication skills.
- Proactive, assertive, and comfortable engaging with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good command of English, Dutch, and Papiamentu, both written and spoken.
- You will receive a six month contract and must be available for the full duration of the contract period.
- Experience in client administration, compliance, financial services, or data management is an advantage.

What does the company have to offer?
- A competitive monthly salary ranging from Cg 3.000 to Cg 4.000, based on a full-time employment contract and depending on experience and qualifications.
