What will you do?
- Conduct regular home visits to monitor patients' therapy and the proper use of medical equipment.
- Educate patients and family members on the safe operation, handling, and cleaning of medical devices.
- Monitor patients' condition by taking basic measurements, including vital signs, pulse oximetry, oxygen flow, and equipment performance.
- Identify and report therapy concerns, safety risks, or changes in the patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records, visit reports, and equipment documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and quality patient care.
- Support business development initiatives and maintain strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and health, safety, and compliance regulations.
What are we looking for?
- A completed bachelor's degree or associate degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Respiratory Therapy, Clinical Physiology, or another relevant healthcare field.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience working directly with patients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel regularly to provide in-home patient support.
