Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for card-related products and services.
- Process, maintain, and update cardholder records and documentation.
- Support daily operational activities within the Cards department.
- Assist with data management, reporting, and record reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of information entered into internal systems.
- Monitor and follow up on routine administrative tasks and requests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
Your Profile
- Hold a SBO Level 4 or HBO degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- Possess strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Work accurately with strong attention to detail.
- Structured, organized, and capable of managing routine processes efficiently.
- Have a proactive attitude and a willingness to support the wider team.
- Communicate effectively and work well in a collaborative environment.
- Good command of English, Dutch, and Papiamentu, both written and spoken.
- You will receive a six month contract and must be available for the full duration of the contract period.
- Previous experience in an administrative, banking, financial services, or operational role is considered an asset.
