What will you be doing?

As a Barista and/or Allround Team Member, you are responsible for preparing and serving coffee, beverages and meals, assisting customers at the counter, handling cash register duties, and maintaining a clean and organized workplace. You work according to established procedures and contribute to a positive experience for every customer.

What do you bring to the role?

You are flexible, able to perform well under pressure, and work accurately. You have a customer-oriented mindset, work well in a team, and are willing to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends. Experience in hospitality or fast food is an advantage, but not required. In addition, you are proficient in English, Papiamento, and Spanish, Dutch is an advantage, but not required. You are eager to learn and further develop yourself within the organization.
