Marketing Executive

Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for administration of all the contracts that are signed in the marketing department, to keep them updated and to highlight when contract is up for renewal. In addition you are responsible for providing general support and assistance to the Marketing Department specifically in relation to administration and the tactical execution of marketing plans, strategies and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the generation of all related Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders consistent with the Company’s policy and procedures;
  • Effectively manages payment schedules of all marketing related supplier payments;
  • Provides administrative support to the Marketing Department;
  • Effectively manages the Marketing Budget; creates the new budget, keep track of changes, manages the daily spend/ marketing tracker. Reports overview monthly to Finance;
  • Oversees Promotional item stock audit and maintains Promotional item stock count;
  • Oversees Promotional/Branded item purchases, shipments and deliveries;
  • Coordinate advertising, printing and PR agencies in addition to third party suppliers to deliver on an effective marketing plan;
  • Works with team members to ensure all events are properly executed to the highest standard;
  • Coordinate and support marketing manager to handle media planning on monthly basis to ensure best results;
  • Manage all contracts signed by the marketing department, make sure payments are being done and contract due dates are communicated to the responsible executive to review extension of contract;
  • Other related tasks.

Functie eisen

  • At least 3 - 5 years professional experience executing marketing campaigns;
  • BSc. in Marketing or related field;
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to coordinate a wide variety of projects;
  • Ability to work effectively within all levels of the organization, from senior management to individual contributors;
  • Manages confidentiality without exception; demonstrates outstanding judgment;
  • Experience in and with the mobile telecommunications sector would be considered a valuable asset;
  • An acceptable combination of academic qualifications and work experience;
  • Expert working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook);
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, negotiate and create new ideas;
  • Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge of a second language (English, Spanish, Papiamentu, Dutch) would be considered a valuable asset.
