For one of our clients we are looking for French-speaking Customer Service Representatives. If you manage the French language on a "native" level, then apply right away!

Job Description

As Customer Service Representative you guarantee optimal service to your customers. You are in contact with customers daily via email, chat and telephone to ensure a flawless handling of their orders. We are looking for people who are communicative, proactive and flexible and computer savvy. In this position you have to be customer-friendly and have commercial awareness. The Customer Service Representative is expected to control English as well as French on a professional level both orally and written.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of both English and French in word and writing;
  • MBO+ working and thinking level;
  • Customer-oriented and enjoy having customer contact ;
  • Able to pro-actively think and work;
  • Able to take decisions independently;
  • Open for feedback;
  • Eager to learn;
  • Computer savvy;
  • Available for at least 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday;
  • Willing and able to work the night shift if needed.
