As a Credit Administrator, maximizing collection recoveries on assigned retail accounts while lowering collection expenses and loan losses regionally will be the main duties. The Credit Administrator carries out timely, efficient delinquent follow-up on past-due accounts in accordance with established policy and norms. Additionally, it is required to handle problem accounts with a great degree of creativity and originality to get client cooperation while preserving interests.
