For a renowned retail organization we are currently looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join the team in Curaçao. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling products and services over the phone, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling our products and services to customers over the phone.

Job Description

As the ideal Inside Sales Representative, you are highly motivated, and results driven. You will be responsible for reaching out to existing and potential customers, promoting the products and services, and closing sales deals over the phone and email. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Main responsibilities:

  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to introduce the products and services.
  • Generate sales leads and close sales over the phone.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth sales process.
     

Requirements

  • A completed MBO education level 4 and training.
  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or telemarketing position.
  • Fluency in both written and oral English and Dutch is essential for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
