For our client, active in retail, we are looking for a Business Process Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. 

Job description

As a manager of business processes, you will help optimize the company operations. You will be responsible for documenting the present processes, recommending enhancements, and assessing the efficiency of modifications. 

Main responsabilities:

  • Assessing current company procedures with an emphasis on operational excellence and Customer Experience.
  • Identifying and describing improvements to company processes in accordance with operational audit findings and recommendations.
  • Supervising all implementation-related aspects of company process improvement initiatives.
  • Conducting continuous evaluations of company procedures concerning productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
  • Revision and update of procedures and policies.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, project management or a similar discipline is required.
  • At least five years of business process management experience, ideally in retail or logistics.
  • Proficient in business management software. Also experience (advanced skills) of MS Office, Power BI and Navision.
  • Outstanding leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Excellent skills in record keeping, time management, and organization.
